2021 Toyota Landcruiser 79 Series
THE PROJECT
On Thursday afternoon we received a phone call from Frankston Toyota with a dilemma on a bullbar fitout. Knowing we could help them out, the Landcruiser rocked up at MIG HQ the next day.
MIG Fabrication was one of many stops this Landcruiser was making so we needed to act fast because on Monday the Landcruiser was continuing its Journey over to the guys at ARB for some further camping accessories.
ACCESSORY FITOUT
If you are familiar with the brand Offroad Animal you know they're all about modern and aggressive styling. Designed for offroad while looking good and all about practicality and functionality. The Landcruiser was in for a real face lift with the Offroad Animal Predator Bullbar.
When fitting a new bullbar it's best to get your winch sorted at the same time. Our winch of choice, anything Runva Winches. Here at MIG Fabrication we think Mounting the control box on the bullbar makes the face of the Landcruiser look even meaner.
The Stedi lights lead in quality and performance and surpass that of the most respected players in the industry. So when it comes to light we go Stedi, installing the Stedi slim light bar into the bullbar using the plug and play wiring straight to the high beams. The Bullbar leaving room for some additional Stedi driving lights to be installed as needed.
The GXL sidesteps get the job done, with no real need for an upgrade. However, here at MIG Fabrication we're all about details, we took the opportunity whilst we had the Landcruiser over the weekend to get the side steps powder coated in Textura Black to match the tough graphite exterior.
FEATURED IN THIS BUILD
On this Landcruiser we installed the Runva 11XP Premium 12V with Synthetic Rope, its Runvas #1 selling model which is near perfect for most applications/ vehicles.
